Shipping Fees

To express our gratitude for your gracious support, KicksConvoy provides FREE Worldwide Shipping on ALL orders.

If you require insurance on your order, we also offer Express Insured Shipping at a top-up of $24.99 USD.

Delivery Time

Due to high demand, we dispatch orders within 3 - 5 business days from the date of your order, sometimes much earlier. Not to worry, we will email you immediately as soon as your package is dispatched.

At KicksConvoy we only use the MOST SECURED and FASTEST shipping method to your country because we know how bad you need your grails! As such, all orders are shipped via DHL, Fedex, UPS, or TNT depending on the shipping address.

Once your order has been shipped, you can expect to be in your KicksConvoy within 12 - 17 business days.

Do note that our items may be sourced from different places so delivery times may vary.

Order Confirmation & Order Tracking

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email right away.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Alternatively you can track your order here.

If you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the date you completed your payment, please contact us here.

NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate once the second email has been sent.

Missed Delivery

If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call.

Alternatively they'll leave a card confirming that they've either left it with a neighbor, left it in a safe place, when they will try to re-deliver or give you details on how to collect it.

Customs & Regulations

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific destination or region.

Duties & Taxes

KicksConvoy will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
